Tacos al pastor
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 can of San Marcos Chipotles (215g)
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- ½ Chopped Onion
- ¼ cup Water
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 8 Chicken or Pork Milanese
Garnishes:
- Corn Tortillas
- ½ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- ¼ Chopped White Onion
- 1 can of San Marcos Sliced Pineapples with Syrup (560g)
- 1 jar of San Marcos Homemade Mexican Sauce (500g)
Instructions:
01. Blend the oregano with the chipotles, garlic, onion, water, salt and pepper.
02. Pour that in a glass container and fry the Milanese. Finely slice them and heat the tortillas. Make some tacos and enjoy!
San Marcos tip:
You can add Guajillo Peppers to the sauce to make everything tastier.
