2 large flour tortillas
7 oz cooked, shredded chicken breast
1/2 cup refried beans
1 avocado, sliced
3 tablespoons San Marcos Diced Jalapeños
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Gently warm the flour tortillas to make them more pliable.
Spread a layer of refried beans evenly over each tortilla.
Add shredded chicken, avocado slices, and San Marcos Diced Jalapeños on top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add mayonnaise if desired.
Roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap, then cut in half for serving.
Serve warm.
