Ingredients
8.8 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
2 tablespoons San Marcos Molcajete Chipotle Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 flour tortillas
1/2 cup finely shredded purple cabbage
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with lime juice and set aside.
Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and San Marcos Molcajete Chipotle Sauce.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
Warm the tortillas and layer them with shredded cabbage, shrimp, and a drizzle of the lime-mayonnaise mixture.
Serve hot, accompanied by additional chipotle sauce if desired.
