2 hot dog buns
2 American-style sausages

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup
Butter for toasting the buns
Preparation
Grill the sausages for 5 minutes until heated through and slightly charred.
Spread a thin layer of butter on the hot dog buns and toast them lightly until golden.
Assemble each hot dog by placing the sausage in the bun, then adding mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to taste.
