Cannelloni
Chipotle Peppers
Pasta stuffed with juicy meat, drenched in chipotle sauce, and gratinated with golden Parmesan.

Ingredients
12 cannelloni pasta tubes
14 oz ground beef
3 tablespoons San Marcos Crushed Chipotle
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the cannelloni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the ground beef until browned. Stir in the San Marcos Crushed Chipotle and mix thoroughly.
Fill each cannelloni tube with the prepared meat mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Cover the filled cannelloni with tomato sauce and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy.
