Ingredients

  • 12 cannelloni pasta tubes
  • 14 oz ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons San Marcos Crushed Chipotle
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook the cannelloni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the ground beef until browned. Stir in the San Marcos Crushed Chipotle and mix thoroughly.
  • Fill each cannelloni tube with the prepared meat mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Cover the filled cannelloni with tomato sauce and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
