Glorious hash
Ingredients:
- 290 gr of San Marcos Rajas
- 1 kg of ground beef
- 12 chopped tomatoes
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 8 cooked carrots in small cubes
- 4 cooked potatoes in small cubes
- 2 cups of cooked peas
- 4 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
01. Blend the tomatoes with the garlic, add water if needed.
02. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onion and the rest of the garlic.
03. Add the meat and move to make small lumps. Let it brown.
04. Pour the tomato puree and mix. Splash and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
05. Add the San Marcos Rajas, carrots, potatoes and peas. Mix and season.
06. Cook for 10 minutes until slightly thick and seasoned.
07. Serve and sabe the rest to enjoy during the week.
