Fish with San Marcos chiles largos
Ingredients:
- 1 can of San Marcos Chiles Largos
- 1 jar of San Marcos Mustard Sauce
- 8 Fish Fillets (the fish of your choice)
- 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
01. Season the fish fillets.
02. Sauté the onion, garlic and pepper. Add some mustard sauce and the vinegar of the chiles largos to season.
03. In a pan, add some oil and fry the fish fillets.
04. Serve them and pour some sauce and two chiles largos.
San Marcos tip: You can make the same recipe but with chicken.
