Divorced eggs

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 jar of San Marcos Homemade Mexican Sauce (500g)
  • 1 jar of San Marcos Green Sauce (500g)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 8 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 580g of San Marcos Refried Beans

Instructions:

01. Heat both sauces separately.

02. Fry the tortillas until soft.

03. Fry 2 eggs in one pan and season with salt and pepper.

04. On a plate, add a layer of green sauce on top of one egg and Mexican sauce on the other. Serve with beans.

San Marcos tip: You can serve with white rice too.
