Pork rind in green sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 2 cups of San Marcos Nopales
- 1 Tomato Leaf
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 can of San Marcos Green Sauce
- ½ Onion
- 4 cups Water
- ½ cup Coriander
- 300g Chop Pork Rind
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
01. Heat one Tbsp of oil and add the nopales, the tomato leaf and some salt. Cook moving everything occasionally until the nopales take on a deep green color and their liquid is almost fried.
02. Put everything in a different pot and add the green sauce, let it boil for 10 minutes. Add the pork rind and cook for another 5 minutes.
