Tuna stuffed jalapeños
Ingredients:
- 1 can of San Marcos Jalapeños (780g)
- 2 cans of Tuna
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 3 Tbsp Finely Chopped Red Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
01. Mix the Tuna with onion, mayonnaise, pepper and coriander.
02. Clean the Jalapeños, remove the seeds and veins.
03. Fill the Jalapeños with Tuna.
San Marcos tip:
You can fill the Jalapeños with Pate.
