Tacos al pastor

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 can of San Marcos Chipotles (215g)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Chopped Onion
  • ¼ cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 8 Chicken or Pork Milanese

Garnishes:

  • Corn Tortillas
  • ½ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • ¼ Chopped White Onion
  • 1 can of San Marcos Sliced Pineapples with Syrup (560g)
  • 1 jar of San Marcos Homemade Mexican Sauce (500g)

Instructions:

01. Blend the oregano with the chipotles, garlic, onion, water, salt and pepper.

02. Pour that in a glass container and fry the Milanese. Finely slice them and heat the tortillas. Make some tacos and enjoy!

San Marcos tip:
You can add Guajillo Peppers to the sauce to make everything tastier.
