Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons San Marcos Molcajete Chipotle Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded purple cabbage
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with lime juice and set aside.
  • Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and San Marcos Molcajete Chipotle Sauce.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
  • Warm the tortillas and layer them with shredded cabbage, shrimp, and a drizzle of the lime-mayonnaise mixture.
  • Serve hot, accompanied by additional chipotle sauce if desired.
